Please help me! I can't figure out where to start after decreasing stitches for armhole

Here is the lace pattern:

27 stitches:

[COLOR=“Indigo”]Row 1: (K1B) 3 times, *k3,(K1B) 3 times, rep from * to end.

Row 2: *(P1B) 3 times, p3, rep from * to last 3 sts, (P1B) 3 times.

Row 3: (K1B) 3 times, *yfwd, s1, k2tog, psso, yfwd, (K1B) 3 times, rep from * to end.

Row 4: *(P1B) 3 times, p3, rep from * to last 3 st, (P1B) 3 times.[/COLOR]

Continue until 10cm.

So now are the decreases:
Shape Armhole.

Next row: K2tog (armhole edge), patt to end. 26 st.

Next row: Patt to last 2 st, p2tog. 25 st.

Work 3 rows dec 1 st at armhole edge in every row. 22 st.

Work 14 rows more without shaping.

Now where I am getting stuck is when I start decreasing and get to row 3 of the lace pattern…I don’t know where to start seeing as I have decreased already 2 st.

Three K1Bs in a row, no knit or purl between them? Which pattern is it.

But basically, you’re losing the first 2 sts on the first dec row, so you’d start with the 3rd st - a k1b. Then the WS row loses one at the end, so you’ve lost all 3 of the first sts when you do the RS row again and will start on the 4th st. And so on - just begin the first st one more over after a decrease row.
