Please, could someone translate this for me-
Dec 1st at each end of next row and foll alt
rows two more times. (26sts)
I know how to decrease the stitch at each end but can’t figure out what the “foll alt rows two more times” means.

Every alternate row is every other row. If you call the next row, row 1 then you would dec on rows 1,3 and 5.
