Im confused with this pattern. I have knitted the 15 rounds of raglan increase. What is meant by every other round 4 times and 3rd round 5 times? Thank you!

Call the first 15 rounds, rounds 1-15. Then work the increases every round for the given number of rounds.
Every other round means to alternately work a round with no increases then a round with increases, a round with no increases, a round with increases until you’ve worked 4 increase rounds this way (8rounds total in this section).
Every 3rd round means to work two rounds with no increase, a round with increases, two rounds with no increases, a round with increases until you’ve worked 5 increase rounds this way (15rounds total in this section).
