Please, fix my scarf

Hello…
I started to knit scarf last week.
When i almost finished first yarn ball, I become to know my knitting is not going straingh but no idea how to fix. :?? So, please look at my attachment picture then you will know my knitting’s mistakes.

Help me to fix to be nice scarf for my mom.
