Well, I keep starting up knitting projects to take with me on the cruise a week from today, but I keep finishing them!
Here is another one. A hat for my best friend for her bday. The yarn is sport weight Bernat Satin in lavender, another stash yarn I had. I found the pattern in my folder full of printed patterns so am not sure where I got it. I just know it isn’t pink!
What a wonderful thing to do: finishing lots of projects.
Lovely little hat and in a good strong color.
Enjoy the cruise. (I could lend you some projects to take with you if you run out.)
That is a really cute hat, I’m sure your friend will love it. A really great gift!
After you get done with salmonmac’s projects you can have a few of mine!
So pretty!
That’s a nice little hat nonny, and the color is divine.
Have fun on your cruise, even with yet another FO under your belt. Maybe there’s a LYS in one of your ports of call?
Really cute! I love lavender!
Yay! So Sunday you push off, then? The hat is very pretty.
Hmm…how about if you just start a number of projects so that you can take some with you?
I’m guessing that once you start a project you find it difficult to put down.
Where are you going on your cruise?
Yes Claire, that is my problem. I start something so I have a couple projects then finish the darn thing. I just finished another cowl and it is ready be taken off from blocking! lol
We are doing a western Caribbean and our port calls are Labadee, Haiti, Falmouth, Jamaica, Cozumel, Mexico and George Town, Grand Cayman. We are super excited.
Thanks for the nice comment
I love the luster of this yarn! It’s a real nice pairing with this hat pattern, too! Great work!
