Hi!
I need help with a step in a pattern. This is the instruction that I am puzzled by:
“Put the first and the last 9 stitches of the visor on waste yarn and continue working on the 24 center stitches to create the strip that runs from the forehead down to the back neck.”
So, how do I put the first 9 stitches on waste yarn without losing my working yarn at the beginning of the row? Am I supposed to knit the first 9 stitches and it just doesn’t tell me that? Do I cut my working yarn and restart it on the middle of the work?
Thank you for your help!
Thank you! It won’t matter that the last 9 stitches will be knitted one less row when going onto the waste yarn. I am guessing I can just make up for that later?
