Hello,
I found this.It really was a big help.http://www.lionbrand.com/cgi-bin/faq-search.cgi?store=/stores/eyarn&faqKey=246
Thanks! I was just reading Mason Dixion knitting last night and for their log cabin blankets they do this a lot, so it’s good to know!
Sometimes I use a crochet hook…depending on the ply of the yarn, I can get 5 to 10 stitches on the hook and then I just slide them onto my needle. I find this really helps me when I’m doing socks.
That sounds like what I do for socks!
Thanks Sharly! :woot: This could prove to be quicker than my crochet hook! I will definitely try it! I will need to pick up stitches on my KHAKI CABLES cardigan soon! ![]()
Now I wonder why that never occured to me! It makes complete and total sense. Thank you!
thats what i do! never could figure any other way to do it!
Hmnn…It never made sense to me before!
