Hello, I need some help in regards to a baby sock pattern. It reads P2, K1, P1, PFB, P1, K1. What does PFB mean?

Purl front and back. (Just as KFB means Knit front and back.)

Knitting front and back creates an increase. (Vids available in tab at top of page.)
