Can you knit a pattern that calls for crochet? I wanted to knit a heart that is done in crochet. It’s easier for me to see it in knit. Can I just follow the crochet pattern? Will it turn out?

Crochet stitches are completely different than knit stitches so that doesn’t really work. There are plenty of knitted heart patterns. What do you want to make?
