Pattern with Wrap 1

I am knitting the right side border of a jacket and have picked up & knitted 164 stitches as instructed. The next row is a knit row, the following 2 x 2 rib which I have completed.
How do I proceed with the pattern, which is as follows:

rib 13 wrap 1, turn
next row rib
next row rib 16 wrap 1, turn
next row rib
work 28 rows working 3 stitches more in each wrap row

What does wrap 1, turn mean?

Please help! Thank you

You wrap the next st by slipping it to the other needle and moving the yarn around it. This article explains it better and has pictures.
