Working the neck for a sweater. Pattern states, (emphasis is theirs):

Dec 1 st at raglan edge in every foll alt row 8x, AT SAME TIME dec 1 st at neck edge in every foll alt row 5x

Does this mean I start the emphasized dec at the same time I knit the first row or wait until the following (3rd) knit row?

At the same time as you knit the first row of raglan decreases.
