Hi, I’ve just started knitting the Cora Blouse from Hobbii, but I’m a bit confused with the direction for the cable. I’m thinking that there is an error…but would like to check as it’s really confusing me!
The pattern states “knit the 2nd stitch on the left needle from the back knit wise, let the stitch stay on the right needle, knit the 1st stitch from the front knitwise and slip both stitches onto the right needle”. From googling, I’m thinking that I should keep the 2nd stitch on the left needle instead, then slip both stitches off the left needle (as you would normally knit) after knitting the 1st stitch…help please as I’m really confused!

It does sound like a mistake.
knit the 2nd stitch on the left needle from the back knit wise, let the stitch stay on the right needle, knit the 1st stitch from the front knitwise and slip both old stitches off the left needle”.
You’ll have 2 new sts on the right needle and slip the 2 old sts off the left needle.
