Pattern question

I’m working away at my pattern for a VW plushie and I’ve come to a part that has stumped me.
Work next three rows as follows: p41bright pink, with white p19, wrap1, turn, k18, wrap1, turn, p19, p41 bright pink.

Now I’ve done this once, but I then realised that I’ll be on my right side which means i will be purling on my rs?

These are short rows with wrap and turn:
Row 1 purl row : p41bright pink, with white p19, wrap1, turn,
Row 2 knit row: k18, wrap1, turn,
Row 3 purl row: p19, p41 bright pink.

Turn as if you were at the end of the row. So you’ll be purling rows 1 and 3 (WS rows?) and knitting row 2 (RS row?).
