I’m having a problem with my pattern and was hoping that your forum might be able to help me. I casted on and did the set up row but then when the body, row 1, came I couldn’t figure it out. The pattern says: K to first marker, YO, sm, K1, sm, YO, * K to next marker, YO, sm, K1, sm, YO* repeat from * to * 2 more times, Knit to end. Your help is appreciated!

Is it the stitches that are the problem or the repeat section?
If you write out the repeat, the row becomes:
K to first marker, YO, sm, K1, sm, YO,
- K to next marker, YO, sm, K1, sm, YO*
- K to next marker, YO, sm, K1, sm, YO*
- K to next marker, YO, sm, K1, sm, YO*
Knit to end.
