I was knitting a blanket and the pattern seems to have reversed (sorry, hard to explain). For the first part of the blanket the pattern is on the right side and the next part it switched to the wrong side. Is this caused by missing a row or how did this happen does anyone know?

What is name of the pattern? Do you have a link? It’s likely you missed a row or added a row, but w/o seeing the pattern I can’t be sure.
Yep, you knit a plain row twice probably, or did 2 pattern rows without a plain row between. You’ll have to rip back to where it reversed and get it going on the right side again.
