My DIL wants me to make this for her, but I’d like to know if it is a charted pattern, written instructions, or both before I invest in a copy. I’ve never learned to read charts, so any info would be helpful.

Sorry about that, I couldn’t get it to go on a page by itself, it should be the big picture on the left. Purple with knitted yoke and crochet body.
