Pattern Help

Hello,

I am relatively new to knitting and I am trying to get my head around a particular pattern instruction. The instruction is

1st Row — Slip first stitch [K2, *yfw sl 1, K2, psso
the 2 knit stitches, rep from * to * a further two
times, K1], K10 [ K17 : 24], turn

I know how to execute the stitches and the turn, however, I do not know what to do once I have turned the row. Do I complete the same set of stitches in reverse? I did try this and it didn’t seem to work.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you.

I only have the PDF. I have copied and pasted the first set of instructions below.

With 4.00mm (US6 : UK 8) needles cast on 50 [60 : 68]sts .
Work 8 rows in garter stitch.
LEFT FRONT
1st Row — Slip first stitch [K2, *yfw sl 1, K2, psso the 2 knit stitches, rep from * to * a further two times, K1], K10 [ K17 : 24], turn
2nd Row — Slip stitch, knit to last 13sts, P12, K1
3rd Row — Slip first stitch [K1, sl 1, K2, psso the 2 knit stitches, yfw, rep from * to * a further two times, K2], K21 [30 : 37], turn
4th Row — Same as 2nd row
5th Row — Slip first stitch [K2, *yfw sl 1, K2, psso the 2 knit stitches, rep from * to * a further two times, K1], K21 [30 : 37], [K2, *yfw sl 1, K2, psso the 2 knit stitches, rep from * to * a further two times, K1], turn
6th Row — Slip stitch purl ways, [P11] , knit to last 13sts, P12, K1
7th Row — Slip first stitch [K1, sl 1, K2, psso the 2 knit stitches, yfw, rep from * to * a further two times, K2], K21 [30 : 37], [K1, sl 1, K2, psso the 2 knit stitches, yfw, rep from * to * a further two times, K2], knit to end of row. 50 [60 : 68]sts.
8th Row — Slip first stitch, K3, [K4 : K5]sts, P12,
knit to last 13sts, P12, K1.

OK, so when you get to the turn on row 1, you’ll leave some sts unworked on the left needle. Don’t worry about them. You’ll get to them later.
Follow the instructions for row 2:
2nd Row — Slip stitch, knit to last 13sts, P12, K1

On row 3 you’ll work a few more of those sts on the left needle and then on row 7 you’ll work across the entire row.
Very curious about what this is. Can you give us a pattern name? Should be fun to knti. Enjoy!
