Can someone please tell me how I can increase a preemie pattern to a 3 - 6 mo old? The pattern is titled. “Some Tiny Hugs Mini Kimono and Beanie Set” and can be found on Ravelry.com. It’s so adorable it’s the best I found to make a quick project for a baby shower.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I haven’t mastered resizing patterns.
That really is a tiny one. It’s made with fingering yarn and so it’s probably about 28-32sts per 4 inches. You could go to a heavier weight yarn which will make the pattern larger. You can try a gauge swatch with your yarn and needles and see how much larger it’ll be.

Gotcha. I will try the bigger needles. This is the style I really like best. I appreciate the linked suggestion though. Thank you!
