Pattern help

The pattern is Peakaboo mittens by Megan at Pensive Fron. Found it on magknits.com

I am knitting mittens and need to know how to cast on stitches over bind off stitches. This pattern has an opening for your fingers to peak through. You knit a row and bind off 12 sts then return and cast on 12 sts over the bound off row.

You could use the backward loop cast on…or turn work around so that you can use the Knitted on…:happydance:

Or you could use the cable cast on. All techniques are in the video section under cast ons. :thumbsup:
