Good Morning from sunny cool South Carolina! I am working on a pattern found in Creative Knitting Sept 06 called “Pebble Rib Slipper socks” (way to cool) anyway
my problem is this — the pattern reads
co 32 – row 1 : purl row 2: K2, *p1,k2 repeat across till piece measures 6" -
next row: maintaining pattern, work 9 sts, k2tog, work 10 sts, k2tog, work 9 sts (30 sts)
ok – i think i figured it out correctly but would like some guidance as to whether or not I am doing it the right way
on Next row (marked in red) I think I should do
k2, p1, k2,p1,k2, p1 k2tog, k2, p1, k2, p1, k2, p1, k1, k2tog, k2,p1,k2,p1
for a total of 30 sts
Is this correct? am I reading the pattern correctly?
