Pattern help... shaping shoulders and back neck

I wonder if anyone can help me figure out my pattern,

Cast off 6 stitches and knit until there are 22 stitches on rights needle and turn, leaving remaining stitches on a holder.

Work each side separately.

Decrease 1 stitch at neck edge of next 4 rows and at same time cast off 6 stitches at beginning of second row, then 6 stitches at beginning of following alternate row

Work 1 row

Cast off remaining 6 stitches

Slip centre 41stitches onto a holder, rejoin appropriate yarn and knit to end.

Complete to match first side, reverse shaping.

Thank you in advance, I am so stuck!

Cast off 6 sts, continue the row until you have 22stsonthe right needle then turn as you would at the end of a row.
The next 4 rows are rows 1-4. Dec at the neck edge on each of these rows and at the same time, cast off 6 sts at the armhole edge on rows 2 and 4.
Work across row 5, turn and cast off the remaining 6 sts.
The second shoulder will follow the same pattern with decreases at the neck edge and cast offs every other shoulder row. If you need help with that, just ask again after the first shoulder is complete.
What is the name of your pattern?
