My pattern for sleeves .I have done my cast on 39sts and worked 6 rows in gst and now change to 4mm needles. I have done that bit .
Beg with knit row work in sts inc 1st at each end of 6th and every following 4rh row to 59 sts.
Does this mean on the 6 row I Inc both ends of that row then on the 4th row I increase both ends until I get 59 sts .
Is that correct ?

It’s not the 8th row it’s 4 rows AFTER row 6, so row 10.
Inc 1st each end of row 6
Then 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30, 34, 38, 42
