Pattern Grids?

So since i’m having so much fun with the blanket I’m currently knitting, I though I would start to plan a blanket to knit for my department’s yearly fund raiser raffle (I work in the organ transplant department at my local hospital). I have a “Donate Life” logo that I don’t think would be too complcated to knit (no more so than the Union Flag LOL) but am looking for a way to transfer it onto a knitting pattern grid. Does anyone know of any good websites, software or tips that could help me?

Many thanks!

That’s a wonderful idea for a fund raiser!
I haven’t tried these methods but they do sound workable:

(You maay recognize the union flag, too.)

HA! That’s great! I had forgotten the website i found that pattern on! Thank so much!

I want to thank you for working for the organ transplant department in your local hospital. I am the mother of a transplant patient who recently rejected the kidney he had received in 2000. A child coughed in his face at work (he was working at Burlington Coat Factory and it was a customer’s child who did it), gave him an upper respiratory infection that put him into the hospital for two weeks dealing with the infection and the rejection of the transplanted kidney. He is now back on peritoneal dialysis.

I’m very sorry to hear about your son. That’s very hard news to receive. Hope all goes well for you and your family.
