Pattern for fingerless gloves?

I have some very pretty Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Chunky, and I would like to make some fingerless gloves (with a little thumb-y part) with it, but I cant find a pattern meant for chunky yarn.

Can anyone help! I want to make this as a present for a friend who has been really good to me, but I cant afford to buy more yarn right now.

I googled “fingerless gloves chunky pattern” and it came up with a few - this one looked really nice to me! Hope it helps. :slight_smile:

This article lets you use any type yarn and has many different types of gloves. A very good reference that you can change to your liking.

Gotta plug Fetching from Knitty. My fav pattern, I’ve made 3 or 4 pairs as gifts.
