Pattern Definition Question

Hi There! I’m fairly new to reading patterns and I’m wondering if someone could offer some assistance. My pattern reads:
"1st row: (RS). (K1. P1) twice. K1. K2tog. Knit to last 7 sts. Sl1. K1. psso. (K1 P1) twice. K1. Work 3 rows even (keeping cont of seed st pat at each end)."
Can someone tell me what the bold part is telling me to do? Does that mean do the first row three more times? Any help would be great! Thanks!

To me it looks like you follow pattern for 3 rows without the decrease at beginning and end of row making sure you do the seed stitch at both ends (K1,P1).

Yep, working even means to do the pattern without making any incs or decs.
