Panels on Five-Way Cabled Shrug Interweave pattern 2010

I am just starting this project and have a question about the Panels for the edging. Here is a pic of the edging charts. My question is: are these done in the usual way of a chart? Read from right to left, then back on wrong side from left to right with the repeats done in the middle? See pix attached.

I would appreciate any help I can get, Thanks.

What a pretty and versatile pattern!

Yes, odd number rows right to left, even number rows left to right with the repeat boxed.

As you can see, left and right panels are symetrical. Row Number 1 always refer to right side.
