Hi all. On the final portion of this pattern. I just need to finish the neckband and can’t make heads or tails of this. Can someone help please!!??

You are going to work 1 row which is partly knitting the stitches on hold and partly picking up stitches. Once you have worked that row you are asked to bind off using a knit bind off on the wrong side.
Your pattern has given you the number of stitches for each section, you will need to follow the correct number for the size you are making.
The right front is the right as you would wear the sweater or top. The left front is the left as you would wear it.
Beginning in the right front and with right side facing (outside of the fabric, the viewed side), for the smallest size, knit across 7 sts you have on hold (you can slip them into a needle to make it easier to knit), then use your right needle to pick up and knit 7 sts in the edge of the fabric between the stitches already worked and the next section which will be the sleeve top. Then continue to pick up, now 5 sts from the sleeve, and continue across the back working the 19 sts on hold there. Continue again picking up across the left sleeve 5 sts and another 7 down the left front neck. Finally work across the7 stitches on hold for the left front.
When you have all the stitches turn your work like you do at the end of a row and bind off with a knit bind off (you may want to use a larger needle to bind off if you have one, I go up 1mm usually) to prevent a tight edge.
