Pacing for addi's

So I purchased addi’s from Jeff a week and a half ago and I’m going to pull my hair out if they don’t arrive soon…
When I paid for my item I didn’t realize that I had forgotten to change my shipping address on my ebay and paypal accounts to my new house address…I emailed him and he finally responded after three days and three emails. His response only said “It’s okay…Jeff” even though I asked him to state if the items were mailed to my new address or old address. I’m going to assume that they were mailed to my new address or he wouldn’t have said it’s okay…
I WANT MY NEEDLES!!!
I’m getting frantic…can you tell!!!

I couldn’t wait for them to arrive to try them (since there has been a lot of talk about addi’s online lately I just HAD to buy some…) so when I was at the LYS the other day, I purchased a set of size 7, 16’. I love them so far but it has created quite an addiction in me…I can’t wait to get the others!!!

It took a little over a week to get mine from Jeff. Yours should be here soon. If they do go to your old house is it far away?

You probably don’t want to hear that I have my very first set of addi’s but haven’t yet touched them! :oops: I ordered them about a month or so ago, around the same time I ordered yarn for the cable purse at Knit Picks. I haven’t been able to start this project yet–I have to finish at least one other one first since I have 4 going. So the addi’s are sitting around, looking bored. (But I have fondled them a few times.) :oo:

No, my old house isn’t far and I’ve already called the post office to make sure that packages are forwarded just like mail–the lady at the PO said since he uses air mail, my package will most likely be handled BETTER than my regular mail…
The only problem with it going to my old house is that my old house is a gated apartment community where packages are delivered to the community center. Since we no longer have a lease…we no longer have a gate key or keys to the mail center. :frowning:
I’m keeping my fingers crossed that they’ll arrive today or tomorrow.

They came They Came!!!

Unfortunately I wasn’t home and the envelope was too big for the mailbox…I called dh and begged him to stop by the post office and pick them up on the way home…

I bid on mine 3 days ago and sent him 2 requests for an invioce with the discounted shipping and I haven’t heard a thing. I’m surprised and a bit miffed!

yea…I wasn’t very happy w/ his communication–I didn’t even request the discount…I paid shipping on two full items b/c I had a hard enough time getting in touch w/ him about my address…I wasn’t sure if part of the problem was a communication barrier…

hmm…that’s odd. i have always ordered before going to bed at night and immediately sent the numbers of the won auctions to him. When i got up in the morning or at least by the time i have gotten to work, i have had the invoice waiting for me to pay. :thinking: i haven’t ever e-mail about anything other than that so i have no idea what it would be like to deal with an error with him.

well…I did email him yesterday afternoon before the package came to ask when he had shipped it and when I got to work this morning, there was a response…so that went fast. But he never did send me an invoice but maybe I paid too quickly…???

I finally got a correct invoice from him, maybe I just caught him during a small break or something. I received an invoice right after my bid, but being the cheap a$$ I am I wanted to save my 50 cents! :wink:
