Hello! I am new to knitting and purchased this wonderful book called 100 little knitted projects. I am working on a Hedgehog and I have been doing great until I got to an instruction that I can’t figure out! If anyone could help me that would be really appreciated!

Row 8: P14, turn.
Row 9: S1k, k9, turn.
Row 10: s1p, p to end

Welcome to the forum!
You’re going to be working short rows. Even though you haven’t knit all the sts off the left needle, turn as you would at the end of a row (i.e. switch the needles in your hands). Continue with the directions for the next row.
