my nephew is senior at va tech and is ok. please i am asking everyone that today to wear orange or maroon the school colors. thank you all so much. it has been a devasting week. maggie
I’m wearing my orange today. if I had maroon I’d wear it too. I live in suburban MD where a lot of people have ties to VaTech and there was lots of orange and maroon out today.
I also heard on the news that at noon they will be ringing bells in tribute along with moments of silence/prayer.

I don’t have maroon, but my wicked sweater is orange; I’ll wear it tonight as soon as it’s finished 
I tied maroon and orange ribbon to my car’s antenna and pinned a ribbon to my sweater. I didn’t have anything in those colors to wear.
