Some of my tendons are aching, were my foot meets my leg, but on top. It aches more today that it did yesterday, and I was wondering (since today is my workout day), should I wait to workout until my joint feels better, or do you think it’s okay to work out with it?
Everything I can think of, I’d have to use that joint. I’ve been stretching it since it started, which was two days ago, but this hasnt ever happened since I’ve been active. Usually I’d just rest it out.
