OT: Out of mustard, can I use powdered?

I am making the recipe that was posted today, but I just realized I have no mustard. I do, however have mustard powder.

Can I use this and how?


You can make mustard out of the powder, just add water and I think vingar. You might want to consult epicurious.com. I do know if you just add water you will end up with the very hot mustard that you get at Chinese restaurants.
