It’s been about 10 years so I figured it was time to upgrade. That and noticing about 7 blown capacitors on my old motherboard, I can’t trust my business books to that (but it’s still ticking and will become a kitchen computer until it dies all the way).
So time to build a new one.
I’m amazed at how fast sites that were dragging W98SE down are.
I love when I get a new computer! I don’t know enough to build one, but I love my Dell with Vista!!
Building one is really monkey work. So easy a caveman could do it.
I’d much rather deal with hardware than software.
At first I hated 7 but I’m getting used to it.
This new one is so quiet it’s going to take some getting used to trying to sleep.
Ooooo new shiney! My husband and I talked about it and instead of a new PC, I will be buying a new laptop since my Sony Vaio was such a delight for me and has more computing power, RAM, etc than my current PC.
This is a first for me, a computer I did not build myself.
