It was my birthday yesterday - i didnt do much but then i hadnt planned much, i got a few cards from familly and my boyfriend, but my housemate didnt say happy birthday, that after talking about it 2 days ago and my having cards on the mantlepeice.
I never ask for much, im not materialistic and dont expect (or want) a big fuss or lots of presents or anything. It just would have been nice to have little bit of acknowledgement and a simple Happy Birthday.

I wish I had known…yesterday was my birthday too. No one at work has a clue. It was a long morning…I couldn’t wait to get off at noon and start my day.
