OT Just because I feel like showing off!

Here are my two boys, taken today. They had been outside with dh, who was working on the fence, and had a bit too much fun in the puddles  :roflhard: . I wish you could see it better but they had dirty droplets of water all over their faces. BUT they’re still so precious, of course  . Had to snap a few pictures.

So here we have Levi on the left, age 4, and Owen on the right, age 2.

Aaaaw! Such good looking boys!

Wait! That’s not mud–it’s Chicken Pox!! :roflhard:

Nope, they had the chicken pox last year so we’re in the clear on that one! :roflhard:

Awww! :inlove: And so BLONDE!

[color=teal]What gorgeous boys you have. Toe heads!

How cute are they? So sweet! My boys are 19 months apart but they are much younger, I cannot imagine all the mess they will get into as they get older. :roflhard:

Oh my gosh, Shelley, they are so cute!! Love the hair!

You have cute sons! They’re gonna be heartbreakers when they get older. Watch out now!

I thought there was a vaccine for chicken pox these days! I had my heart set on my (future) kids not having to suffer through it. :frowning:

But precious pictures, both of you!! So so cute.

ya, there is a vaccine…but…they still can get it, and if they do get it most of the time it is a less severe case!!!

Here where I live in western Canada, the chicken pox vaccine is now part of the routine infant immunization schedule but that is only within the last 2 years or so because my youngest son did not get that shot. The vaccine was available prior as well but at a cost so we opted out of it. Our kids both had CP within about 2 weeks of each other and while one case was MUCH MUCH worse than the other, they were both manageable and came out of it unscathed. Not so bad after all!
