I usually just stick photos in my KH blog, but this was so beautiful I had to share. My neighbor is always giving me roses from her garden and this one smells as good as it looks!

stunning I so love roses, before my hip & leg got so bad I used to have over 30 beautiful rose bushes, but I’m afraid that black spot overtook them when I was unable to care for them, so I just asked Lonnie to dig them up…but, goodness…roses are just stunning
Oh you lucky duck! That is gorgeous. I especially love the ones that have a lot of fragrance. I think most of my rose bushes bit the dust this winter…a lot of weird weather.
It’ll be a few more weeks before I know for sure.

It’s a digital SLR (DSLR) with interchangeable lenses. You CAN use it on auto, but your best photos come from learning how to use it in manual. I taught myself.
It’s cheaper than it used to be, but still pretty high compared to P&S cameras. PM me if you want more info about it and how to search for deals.
