OT: Can anyone tell me about Cruises?

I need to know everything that you know about cruises. My husband and I are finally going to have a honeymoon this coming year, and we have been saving to take a cruise. We want something tropical in about January/February. We also want it to be under 1000.00, if possible.

Any tips, idea…anything?
