Oregon tote

I have only been knitting since Jan and am loving it. I finished my 2nd tote last night. It is the Oregon tote. I used WOTA pumpkin and maple syrup and Patons classic wool rich red. It felted great!! Next time I will make the straps longer than what the pattern calls for. They are a little shorter than what I want. I may make a new set. I think a monster has been created!! I am already looking for my next project. :XX:

Nice tote! I’ve never felted anything before, so it always looks amazing to me.

That looks great! Love the colors!

Oh pretty! I am using that Pumpkin in my momstrosity bag (so named because its basically a combo of the booga bag, the farmers tote, and will be as big as it can until the yarn runs out) - I love how that looks! Didnt have the Oregon tote pattern handy or else I probably would have used that, did have Maggie’s tote, but ended up forgetting the pattern when I needed it. Sigh.

Looks wonderful! Great job!

Love the color!!

That looks great!

I haven’t done any felting yet - I can’t decide what to make first!

Looks great – I love the colors! I have some maple syrup, pumpkin, avacado, and evergreen WOTA that I’m planning to use for my next felted bag.

Isn’t it so satisfying to knit something that you love?!? Especially as it’s only your second project … you just jumped right in!

LOVE the bag! The colors are gorgeous!

Okay, these colors are making me hungry for pie!! Pumpkin, maple syrup…

Your bag looks great!!

You’ve only been knitting for a month?!? Wow! Great job!!

Great bag!!

Great job!

Your bag looks wonderful! :cheering: Did you have any problems with felting two different yarns together?

The paton’s shrunk down more than the WOTA. I had to stretch that handle to get it the same length of the WOTA one. Other than that they both did wonderfully.
