That is true. I’ve always had a rough time trying to price things out.
I don’t want to be too expensive, but also need to make it worth while for myself.
Yes, I realize this. I would definitely love to get wool, but it is too expensive.

Wouldn’t that be completely different markets though? I totally agree that many buyers wouldn’t care about hours / craftsmanship vs finished products, but those buyers wouldn’t be interested in a handmade sweater anyway, regardless of the material, unless that sweater is somehow cheaper than one they would buy in a store.
