I forgot to post this one yesterday. It’s Barb’s Koigu Ruffle done in the Koigu yarn. It’s a short scarf made to just tie once. It’s done lengthwise starting with 630+ stitches decreasing to the center rows then increasing back up to the starting numbers. It’s a fast knit once you get past the knowledge you have soooo many stitches on one row:knitting:
That’s an amazing scarf. It’s beautiful.
Spectacular scarf! Sounds like fun to knit, too. I love the colors in this yarn.
Beautiful and I just love the colorway!
Great scarf and great colors too!
The scarf is beautiful, and the colors are so pretty! I love the ruffled edge.
Neat! Don’t you just love Koigu!?
I did like working with it. My LYS has a very hard time getting it. I got the yarn for this scarf in Lake Placid this past summer.
I do have another very similar brand that I got at the LYS here so well see how it turns out.
Experimenting with a soft cotton type yarn from Jo Ann’s to see how it works with this pattern. I’m thinking the ruffles will be less curly and more drapey(is that really a word?) but will see what happens.
This is the perfect colorway and yarn type for this scarf! Very very very nice!!!
