Omigod, you guys

I’m knitting my first entirely-from-scratch (no pattern, nothing) sweater and it’s actually looking good so far!

I can’t believe it!

I can’t wait till I finish it, so I can see if I can find a way to post a picture.

I didn’t think I could do it, since I’ve only knitted one sweater before…but it seems to be working! :cheering: :noway:

That’s awesome!

Do you have pics? I cannot wait until I’m ready for sweaters.

Wow! Good for you!

:cheering: Can’t wait to see it!!

Don’t wait til you’re finished to post pics. We’d love to see it as it progresses.

Ok where are the photos? We want photos!!! :tap: And don’t forget to share the pattern when you’re done. I hope you’re keeping notes.

I’m not writing down the # of rows or anything like that per se…

but it’s like this:

the sweater itself is mostly in k2p2 rib, in a very chunky wool/acrylic yarn on size 15 needles. There’s a stockinette panel going down the center (taking up about 1/2 of the front altogether), with bobbles. The bobbles are basically alternating from 1 to 2 to 1 per row again, and the bobble rows happen every inch/inch and a half or so. Then, after I join the sleeves, there will be a row of bobbles going all around the sweater (on stockinette). After that, it will go back to rib (I can’t decide whether it should be k2p2 again, or k1p1) and a turtleneck collar.

I’m also decreasing/increasing for waist and boobs, respectively.

Basically, it’s gonna be kinda like this:

EDIT: urgh, gotta resize the image, hold on

Let’s see if this works:

You go girl!

WOW :happydance: :happydance: :cheering: :cheering: :notworthy:

:cheering: :cheering: :cheering: WOW!!! Thats great!!! Thanks for the specs. :muah:
