Old British needle sizes

Anyone know the conversions for older british needles?
I’ve got patterns that call for the following:
1951 pattern: Royal Society Aluminum Double-pointed Knitting Pins, No. 13.

1943 pattern: No. 14

Just wondering what these are the equivalent of nowadays-- I’m thinking somewhere around a 0-2 range, since it’s very intricate lacework…

Might you know of a few places to hunt this down?
