I will be starting the Knitty Monica tonight, I have the yarn called for in pattern, do I have to make a swatch of each color ?

I didn’t, b/c I used the same yarn type for both colors. (plymouth jeannee). I only did the swatch in the body color. I figured that was the more important part… but my straps in the CC did end up a bit long- I didn’t try it on the kid before seaming.
I think if you’re using the same ‘type’ of yarn (though different colors), they would swatch the same. I only swatched the MC.
