Novice with a capital N!

I’m just starting my first wearable using the Learn to Knit a Sweater Book by Jean Leinhauser. I’m trying the Quick Cardigan (maybe for yous guys!! LOL) Most of the rows say: end by working a wrong side row. Does that mean I do that row and then go on to the next step and count that in my 11" for the back of the cardigan? This book seems perfect for me, it’s written it seems, for a 2 year old to understand–right up my alley!! I will be back with a million and one dumb questions far into the night, so please bear with me. It means the world to me to actually make something I can wear without getting arrested for trying to gross people out! Thanks for any help you can give. :muah:

That is probably where you will start the decreases for the underarms. Yep, do the wrong side row, turn and then do the next set of instructions. You might check the length of the sweater to see if 11" will be long enough for you. If not, you can make it longer here if you want to. Have fun. Ellie:sun:
