Noro yarn help needed

I’m knitting a scarf with Noro Silk Garden and I love the feel and look of it, such pretty colors! I was thinking of starting a winter blanket project using Noro. The only problem is the mohair in the Silk Garden - I feel like I have the fibers in my throat and eyes when I’m knitting with it. So that would be a bad idea using it for a big project.

The other Noro yarns look nice, but I don’t know which would be the most appropriate yarn for a blanket/throw. Any suggestions?

Alison

This pattern uses Noro Kureyon and is GORGEOUS but it takes about 20 skeins!!

wow that is really beautiful… but 20 skeins :pout: Yikes! those colors look lovely though!

Be careful about the Reaction you are getting,
my Daughter is allergic to Cashmere, breaks out in Hives, I thought if I were knitting, and she never touched it she would be fine

Wrong

She got an allergic reaction from Fiber shards (I am guessing) not fun, but at least IM a nurse and recognized it for what it was

just putting that out
not saying panic, just be careful
