I’m a newcomer. I love kitting, but I don’nt know much about this. I want to know how to work Central Double Increase and Central Double Decrease. thanks.

There’s a couple ways to do the increase. Either knit in the front of the stitch, the back then the front again - like the kfb shown in the Increases video, only you add another knit in the front again. Or use k1, yo, k1. There may be another way to do it too.
The decrease is done by slip 2 as if you were going to knit them together, knit 1, then pass the slipped stitches over the one you just knit. This makes the center stitch of the 3 come out on top, thus a Centered double decrease.
