New to Knitting

I am making my first scarf and its a basketweave pattern, It looks okay except I have somehow missed a stitch and have two holes in the scarf. Is there any way to fix this now that its almost done.

Take a piece of the yarn and sew it closed. If you dropped a stitch and there’s a loop from it, poke the yarn into it and weave the ends in.
