I am in the middle of knitting a seed stitch blanket. I have 3 skeins of super bulky yarn. 3 were great, but my last 3 have imperfections…they are tied/knotted in the middle of the balls at different spots! What can I do about this.

So annoying. This can be a problem with many yarns, some more than others. You just have to undo or cut out the knot and join the two ends of yarn the way you would join a new skein. There are some tips here about a third of the way down the page that may help with joining. When it happens three times or more in a skein, I complain to the LYS and the manufacturer.
Which yarn are you using?
Bernat Baby Blanket…out of 6 skeins, 3 of them have this imperfection once in the skein…glad I balled the yarn before starting my project!
There is apparantly an industry standard of 2 (or maybe 3, depending on who is to be believed) knots per skein. Still painful, I know.
