Neck Shaping
Work 13[13, 15, 15] sts in patt, place these sts on a holder, BO 9, work to end in patt. Turn and work 1 row even.
BO 3 sts at beg of next row. Work 1 row even. BO 2[2, 3, 3] sts at beg of next row. Work 1 row even. BO 2 sts at beg of next row. Work 1 row even. BO 1 st at beg of next row. Work 1 row even.
Rejoin yarn and rep neck shaping for other side, reversing shaping
Do the first 13 or 15 stitches in the pattern, put them on a holder, then bind off 9 sts and work to the end of the row. Do the next row (a WS row) to where you bound off the sts, then on the next row (rs) BO 3 sts and finish the row. Do the WS row, then BO 2 or 3 at the beg of the next row. etc.
Basically, all the RS rows will begin with binding off sts to make the neck angled, and the WS rows will just be done in the stitch pattern.
Then you Work on the sts that were left on the holder only do the BOs on the WS rows and do the RS rows in pattern.
