New Knitter can you help me?

Hi there i’m new to knitting and learning for myself i’ve got stuck on a pattern i’m on to the right front of a cardigan which says:

Knit across 15sts, turn.
Continue to work in St st on these sts, dec 1 st by ssk at neck edge [every forth row] 3 times, then [every RS row] 2 times (10 sts rem)
Work even until armhole measures 11.5cm. Place rem shoulder sts on holder.

Can anyone dumb that down for me??

Thankyou!!

Knit 15 sts, turn and work only on these sts. Every 4th row dec at the neck edge by doing ssk. Do that 3 times, then do the dec on every RS row twice. You should have 10 sts left.

Repeat rows 2-5 two more times, 12sts
Repeat rows 4-5 two more times, 10sts
Repeat rows 2-3 till armhole measures 11.5cm.
Place these 10sts on a holder.
